Notice
1. The Business License is a credential of a corporation for its corporate qualification and legal operation.
2. The Business License has an original and a copy, both of which have the same legal effect.
3. The original of the Business License shall be put in a place in the corporation where it is obviously visible.
4. The Business License shall not be fabricated, changed, leased, lent or transferred.
5. If a registered item in the Business License changes, application of the change shall be submitted to the Registry Authority for a replacement.
6. The Business License shall be annually inspected during the period between March 1st and June 30th each year.
7. When the Business License is revoked, no other operating activities but liquidation shall be practiced.
8. When the Business License is deregistered, both the original and the copy shall be returned.
9. When the Business License is lost or damaged, cancellation of the License shall be published in the publications designated by the Registry Authority, and application shall be submitted for a replacement.
